You will

  • Support our account management team on day to day activities (creating Health Checks, Updating the data base
  • Create customer facing collateral in English & German (presentations, surveys, support center
  • Gather client feedback and campaign retrospectives and transform insights into innovative developments.
  • Attend department briefings / meetings to discuss business topics and product roadmap.

Requirements

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in communications, marketing, psychology, sociology, business, economics, management, journalism, international relations, politics, etc

  • First professional experience and/or internship in an agency environment would be an asset

  • Passion for customers, sales, marketing and business

  • Proficiency in English and German 

  • An in-depth knowledge of MS Office is a must (especially PowerPoint)
