Customer Success Intern

Job description

We're looking for a motivated, smart, and eager-to-learn intern to join our Customer Success team to help deliver our growing product feature suite to our existing customer base.  As an intern supporting the Customer Success and Account Managers for our Advertising and Vendor Edition customers, you'll be responsible for taking a deep-dive into our product space to conduct customer research, assist in customer communication, and ensure satisfaction among our customer base.  If you're thrilled to work in a high-responsibility role with a skilled team in a customer-focused, eCommerce SaaS company, this role is for you!

While we are looking initially for a temporary, full-time intern (~6 months ideally), there is a possibility to extend the contract, and we are open to exploring other working arrangements.

You will:

  • Conduct analytical audits of new customers to ensure compliance with minimum business standards
  • Prepare health reports on existing accounts across all editions/markets to determine areas of improvement and new opportunities with existing customers
  • Develop customized recommendations for the Customer Success team for the future management of customer accounts
  • Contribute directly to revenue-bearing activities by assisting with contract drafting and fee calculations
  • Support the Customer Success team by translating and creating new customer-facing communication and collateral
  • Learn every day on the job and have a huge potential to grow; you'll work closely with some of our customer & product experts and have the chance to gain a deep understanding of customer success, sales, and eCommerce

Job requirements

You are:

  • Quick, smart, analytical, and comfortable making confident, decisive decisions
  • A skilled verbal and written communicator, and fluent in German & English. This is an absolute MUST for this role
    Someone with a great attention to detail who is able to quickly distill complicated datasets or information into a few key takeaways
  • Committed to learning more, growing, and interested in our business, customers, and eCommerce
  • (Ideally,) experienced in Amazon, online advertising, and/or eCommerce
