Your are the key point of contact for all incoming IT related matters (via the ticketing system)
You maintain our technology systems such as computers, copiers, phone systems, networks, mobile phones etc. and provide general support
You assist our employees with all questions, concerns and problems related to their hardware and software
You handle the inventory within the IT team and ensure proper tracking of items including hardware, software, accessories etc.
You maintain our internal IT network and VPN services
You are responsible for access management and administration of internal tools
You bring 2+ years technological help desk experience
Your degree from IT-related studies is a big plus
You have good knowledge of the current versions of Mac OS and Mac Apps, Windows and Office365, GSuite, as well as their licensing models
You are familiar with network infrastructures including Windows Servers, Active Directory, malware protection software, firewalls, routers, WLAN, VPN, and networking standards such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Experience in working with AWS is beneficial
You are able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ideally you have previous start up experience
You have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Fluency in English is a must for this position, German is a strong plus
