(Junior) Marketing Graphic Designer

Job description

We are looking for a talented (Junior) Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of digital and DTP marketing assets for deployment on our website, social media outlets, and in product marketing and sales efforts. From concept through execution, you will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints. This position offers a highly collaborative role with members across our marketing verticals and revenue teams.

This opening will start as a part-time (20 hours/week) position but has the potential to grow into a full-time role.

You will:

  • Collaborate with marketing and product marketing teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more)

  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design

  • Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in some of their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels

  • Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.

Job requirements

You have:

  • A passion for graphics and design

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience

  • Past work experience either as an in-house designer or at a marketing agency. We require work samples to apply for this position

  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with prototyping in Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma

  • A comfort for working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility and ownership

  • Web development skills  (HTML, CSS, Javascript, familiarity with Wordpress/Git) --not required, but a big plus!
