Marketing Operations Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to bring marketing-ops best practices to our newly formed Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be the expert of marketing automation platforms and the architect of the marketing operations framework. You will own the process from visitor to opportunity in the buyer journey and be the glue that connects sales and marketing. You will solve tough problems every day and make an impact that helps Sellics scale to the next level. 


You will: 

  • Be the process owner of the marketing to sales handoff - ensuring the right leads get routed to the sales team in a timely manner
  • Be the technical owner of all marketing automation tools and integrations - Hubspot, Drift, Salesforce - Hubspot integration, Intercom, app cue, etc
  • Implement and maintain lead scoring and life-cycle stages model in Hubspot based on industry best practices
  • Analysis and reporting of lead attribution and pipeline metrics; turning empirical data into actionable insights
  • Own Root Cause Analysis for marketing system issues
  • Proactively identify and solve for a key system and process gaps
  • Identify, design, and execute new processes that enable marketers to be more effective in their day to day work


Job requirements

We're looking for people with:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing or sales operations in the B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on administration experience preferably with Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce and Drift, with the ability to set up integrations, workflows and processes
  • Strong analytical skills to convert empirical data into insights
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers (in Marketing, Sales, and Operations) and translate their needs into supporting capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving techniques to identify end solution for key business problems
  • An ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
  • A good sense of humor is preferred but not required :)
